We routinely monitor our inspectors for quality and consistency purposes. Our inspection staff are highly trained professionals who have a background in food safety, microbiology and the principles of HACCP. Cross-training, average trend analysis, and redundant inspections are but a few of the internal quality assurance methods that Noraxx undertakes to ensure the highest degree of congruity among inspection scores.
Technology
Noraxx has invested in the most modern equipment and tools available for food safety inspections. This results in a more precise, consistent and efficient audit. Our custom Palm inspections software was created with checklist inspections in mind. The software allows for conditional responses to be recorded, and includes various lists and pop-ups to speed up the data capture procedure. We have the ability to print on-site and automatically transfer information to our database for trend analysis.
Reports can be accessed by our customer through our web-based portal, sent via email or fax, or delivered in hard-copy, depending on customer preference.
